Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London) on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time, during weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Order Handling Time
Orders are carefully prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been confirmed.
Processing times may vary slightly for larger furniture orders or during periods of unusually high order volume.
3. Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location, the size of the order, and the delivery carrier.
Larger or bulky furniture items may require additional delivery arrangements.

Additional delivery charges may apply where redelivery is required because incorrect or incomplete address information was provided.
10. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged items, please provide your order number and photographs showing the condition of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the issue and work with the delivery carrier where appropriate to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
